Submit Paper
To submit your manuscript to the MedExillence International Journal of Pharmacy and Life Sciences (MIJPLS), please follow the instructions below carefully.
A. Pre-Submission Checklist
Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure that the following points are checked:
- Scope Fit: Your research work (Pharmacy, Life Sciences, MBBS, BAMS, and BHMS) fits within the Aim & Scope of the journal.
- Originality: The manuscript has not been published previously and is not under consideration in any other journal.
- Formatting: The manuscript follows the journal’s Author Guidelines (font, spacing, headings, and style).
- Ethics: All relevant Ethical Guidelines (for human or animal studies) and Conflict of Interest declarations have been followed.
- Anonymity: For double-blind peer review, ensure that author names and institutional details are removed from the main manuscript file.
B. Submission Method
MIJPLS currently accepts email submissions only.
Please attach the following required documents in a single email while submitting your paper:
Required Files | Details |
1. Main Manuscript File | This file must not contain any author names, institutional details, or acknowledgments. It should include only: Title, Abstract, Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Discussion, and References. |
2. Title Page | Must include complete author information: full title, author names, affiliations, author photographs, and the corresponding author’s contact number and email address. |
3. Cover Letter | Addressed to the Editor-in-Chief, confirming the originality of the manuscript and absence of any conflict of interest. |
4. Ethical Clearance | Copy of approval from the Institutional Ethics Committee/IRB, if applicable. |

C. What Happens Next?
- Acknowledgement: Within 3–5 working days, you will receive a Manuscript ID and an official acknowledgment email confirming submission.
- Initial Screening: The Editorial Team will evaluate the manuscript for compliance with the journal’s scope and formatting guidelines.
- Peer Review: Manuscripts passing the initial check will be sent for double-blind peer review to expert reviewers.
- Decision: Once the review process is complete, you will be notified about the final decision Acceptance, Rejection, or Revision Required.
